R. Kelly Under Criminal Investigation Following Lifetime Docu-Series Surviving R Kelly

Sources report the Fulton County District Attorney's Office has opened an investigation into allegations made against R. Kelly in Lifetime's docu-series "Surviving R. Kelly." Apparently after airing, investigators were flooded with calls which in turn, prompted the investigation only a few days later.

Investigators have began reaching out to several survivors featured in the TV project and are reportedly already in contact with Asante McGee and Joycelyn Savage's attorney. They are also asking for contact information “from others who have lived in Kelly's former Atlanta home or have direct knowledge of what happened in the home” according to TMZ.

Coincidentally, today is R. Kelly's 52nd birthday. We will keep you updated as this case  progresses.
