Bill Cosby's First Appeal is Denied, Wife Says Judge is Biased

Soon after being sent to jail for sexual molestation charges, 81-year-old Bill Cosby, attempted to appeal his conviction and have it overturned.  

Reportedly, the appeal was denied by the judge that put him in jail, “after her careful consideration”. The judgement only fueled Cosby's wife, Camille and her husband's defense team to continue pushing her narrative accusing the judge of malpractice & bias against her spouse. Cosby's wife believes a confrontation with a pivotal pre-trial witness may have swung things out of his favor.

The next step for Cosby if he hopes to overturn his conviction would be to file the same complaint in a Superior State Court, although there is a strong chance nothing will come of it.
