POOCH HALL PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO DUI AND CHILD ABUSE CHARGES, ENTERS REHAB

Ray Donovan star, Marion "Pooch" Hall, pled "not guilty" in his recent drunken car crash case  where witnesses stated they saw a toddler in his lap driving.

Yesterday, several news outlets reported that he was charged with felony child abuse and a DUI because of the incident. Now today, upon entering plea deals in court, the actor also informed the judge he's entered a 60-day residential rehab program, says TMZ.

The judge informed him to continue attending and once the program is completed, also ordered him to attend 2 AA classes per week and get outpatient treatment as a condition of his bail.
If convicted, Hall will face a maximum of 6 years and 6 months in prison.
