T.I. ATTEMPTS TO PROVIDE CLARITY TO KANYE'S RECENT TWEETS TO ABOLISH THE 23TH AMENDMENT, KANYE AMENDS STATEMENT

Our favorite rapper activist, T.I., tried to give the culture some clarity regarding Kanye's suggestion to "amend" the 13th amendment. Although he disagrees with 'Ye "the artist formally know as Kanye" delivery, he does break down, hopefully, what West meant to say.

One thing is for sure, Mr. West definitely has sparked conversation in both the hip hop culture and the black culture PERIOD.
