Tekashi 69 recently received a 4 year probation sentence for his involvement in using a child in a sex act when he was 18 years old, before the fame.
The judge also gave him credit for one year, so he effectively only has 3 years of probation left. He’ll also have to perform 1,000 hours of community service, and refrain from associating with any gang members and avoid all gang activity on social media. This includes supporting the Bloods in music videos.
If the rapper is arrested again, it will be deemed a new violation, and he could be re-sentenced to time in prison.
Later that day, while celebrating his big win, the rapper was to meet with a record label exec, but his entourage was turned away at the door. Apparently, only one person could enter the restaurant and that was the rapper. 6ix9ine's bodyguard opposed the request and conflict ensued when a stranger randomly walked up to the group and fired four shots.
What a life man has lived at such a young age. Hopefully he has learned his lesson. He recently posted a picture with his daughter on her 3rd birthday saying how thankful he is to be there instead of in jail.
