If you don't know who Tommy Lee is, his website sums him up as:
an American musician and founding member of Mötley Crüe. As well as being the band's long-term drummer, Lee founded rap-metal band Methods of Mayhem, and has pursued solo musical projects
Or maybe you just know him from his sex tape in 90s with then wife, Pamela Anderson. (They were the original "celebrity sex tape" release/leakers, not Kim K and Ray J lol)

Yesterday he began a rant on Instagram posting video comparisons of his set feom several years ago to Scott's set today. Can't deny, they are very similar.

Just found out this fucking idiot @travisscott or someone on his team ripped off the 360 AND The Crüecifly! WTF!! Get an original idea bro...(swipe to see who did this shit first) BRB there’s more ...

We're sure Scott was probably inspired and it makes sense with his Astroworld themepark theme. Is it ripping off or inspo?
