Lauren London, Parker McKenna and Karen Obilom Set to Star in "Games Divas Play" BET Series

Three of our favorite ladies are set to lead in a new BET hour-long scripted drama series titled, GAMES DIVAS PLAY. 

Lauren London, former star of BET adopted series, The Game and most notabe known for her role as Nunu in ATL.

Parker McKenna, former kid star of My Wife and Kids (yes, that's little Katie)

Karen Obilom, star on HBO series, Insecure and NCIS: New Orleans.

The show is being executive produced by Tracey Edmonds with a premiere date scheduled for 2019. The crew has already began filming the 10-episode drama in Los Angeles as of November 29. 



The series is based on the popular book of the same name by Angela Burt-Murray, Games Divas Play. According to Deadline, it will be:

"a sexy, stylized drama about the L.A. high life, where everyone plays to win. A desperate basketball wife (London) trying to protect her family, a tenacious journalist (Obilom) struggling to rebuild a tarnished career, and a scandalous groupie (Posey) looking to become a star, find it’s murder trying to stay on top."
