Ty Dolla Sign Indicted on Felony Drug Charges

Pitchfork confirms, rapper Ty Dolla Sign has been indicted on felony charges of cocaine and marijuana possession.

The alleged charges could lead the hip-hop crooner to a maximum prison sentence of up to 15 years, according to TMZ. 

According to TMZ, a grand jury indicted the rapper on three counts: felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than one ounce of weed.

The charges stem from Ty Dolla Sign's vehicle being searched last September in Atlanta after officers claimed they smelled marijuana. Skrillex and several others were also in the vehicle, but police pressed charges only against the rapper.
