Meek Mill makes a triumphant return to the top of the charts.

It has been less than eight months since Meek Mill was released from prison for violating his probation.

Today (Dec. 10), Billboard revealed that the Philly rapper's latest LP Championships, which includes features from Jay-Z, Drake, Cardi B, Rick Ross and more, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

The ex-MMG rapper was able to rake in about  229,000 equivalent album units in its first week (42,000 from pure sales). If you think that's alot, Championships only marks Meek Mill's second biggest first-week sales total to date.

Page Six reports, Meek Mill celebrated his No. 1 album in his hometown of Philly Saturday night at NOTO nightclub.
